Puslinch: Hand Hewn Timber Frame Kit. This frame is a very basic Pine hand hewn timber frame kit. The timbers are very well preserved.  Originally there was a swing beam in this frame, but is now missing. It would be possible to find a swing beam to fit back into this frame. Clifford: Hand Hewn Barn Frame

This hand hewn, elm frame was once the third and fourth floor of the Clifford Feedmill in rural Ontario. There are five bents roughly 11' apart and the fourth floor rough sawn joists are notched into the tie beams. During dismantling, the frame was cut free from the rooms and bins which the mill was full of, and then lifted out with a crane. At no time was there a naked frame standing and as a result the pictures available for this frame do not do it justice. This frame is perfect for anyone wanting a loft, since it is already framed into the structure.
